About Inside Manilva

Inside Manilva is an Expaty publication. Expaty is a network of local destination platforms for people considering or building a life somewhere new.

We write for people thinking about a move, a second home, retirement or a property purchase in Manilva, and we try to give them the facts before they spend time and money on a visit. Every figure carries its source and the month or year it refers to, property prices are asking prices and are labelled as such, and where something cannot be confirmed we say so.

How we are funded. Our guides are written to be accurate, not to sell. Inside Manilva is not a real estate agency. When you ask to be put in touch with local property professionals, the introduction is free for you, and we may receive a fee from the professionals. That never changes what we publish.
